Delivery & Return Policy

Important: Please contact us by email only for all order-related inquiries. Social media messages can easily get lost. We reply to all emails within 24 hours.

Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please refer to our FAQ page for estimated delivery timeframes by region.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance, which can add additional time to the delivery estimate. Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Ideally, use an address that can be found on Google Maps.

  • If you live in an apartment or building, always include your floor number and room/unit number.
  • Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
  • If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, email us immediately — we may be able to correct it before dispatch.

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an inaccurate or incomplete address — or because the delivery person cannot access the property — you will need to contact the local courier directly. We will do our best to assist in communication with the carrier.

Address Verification Before Dispatch

Before dispatching your order, our team reviews all shipping addresses to ensure they are accurate and complete. If we identify missing or suspicious information, we will email you for confirmation before shipping.

If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, cancellations or refund requests without a valid reason are not accepted. If you have a special reason and your order has not yet shipped, please email us as soon as possible and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

After your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Lost or Missing Parcels

We monitor all shipments regularly. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will contact you proactively to arrange either a replacement shipment or a full refund.

If the tracking status shows "Delivered" and the carrier has provided proof of delivery, but you have not received your parcel, we recommend filing a report with your local police. We will fully cooperate with any investigation.

Reshipping Due to Address Issues

If your parcel is returned to the warehouse as a result of an address issue, we can arrange a reshipment to the same city. Any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our beauty and personal care products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for hygiene and safety reasons once a product has been opened.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us by email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photographs of the issue and your order number. We will assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days once approved.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless agreed in advance.

Order Notes & Preferences

You can add a note during checkout to specify packaging preferences or any special requests. We will do our best to accommodate your notes, but we cannot guarantee every request can be fulfilled.

If you forgot to include a note, or are unsure whether it was saved, email us immediately — if your order has not yet been shipped, we can still update your note.

By default, multiple items in one order are packed together in a single box. If you would like items packed separately, please note this clearly at checkout.

Order Confirmation Email

After placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at the address entered at checkout. This email includes your purchased items, shipping address, contact details, and any order notes.

Please check that all information is correct. If you spot any errors, email us within 2 hours — once your order has been shipped, we can no longer update your address, contact info, or order notes.

If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us by email to verify your order details.
